Set UP Instructions

- Remove approximately 3″ of the dry loose top sand with your foot or scoop
- Easily insert the metal pole into the sand or use the sand anchor
- Insert horizontal pole into the 5″ sleeve on the fabric
- Insert vertical PVC pole into the into the horizontal Tee connector
- Insert vertical PVC pole into the metal pole, O-ring adjusts height
- Use scoop to add sand as needed into the 2 anchors (sand) bags
- Point into the breeze, move anchors to adjust/trim the Sail and enjoy!
Take Down Instructions

- Remove the upper half of the vertical pole & put the sail on the sand
- Remove pole from Tee, remove horizontal poles from fabric
- Roll the fabric around the poles, insert into carry bag, insert sand scoop & anchor

All orders are shipped the next normal business day after the order is received.
All orders ship via UPS Ground and take 1 to 5 business days depending upon your beach location in relation to Jupiter Florida. Click here to see a UPS delivery schedule map.
Expedited shipping methods are not available at this time. We are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.
Warranty
All Beach Sails are warrantied against manufacturers defects for 1 year. If a defect in workmanship is found please contact us and provide digital pictures of the problem along with a description, your name, address and phone number. If a manufacturers defect is confirmed then we will provide you with a free return procedure. Upon the receipt of the return we will immediately ship to you a new replacement.
Return Policy
All of our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned items, less the $20 original delivery fee and a 20% restocking fee.
Return Procedures:
- Contact us for the required Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and ship to address.
- The required RMA# must be on the return shipping label in order to process your return.
- You are responsible for return shipping and return shipping costs. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a method that provides a tracking number and requiring the receiver to sign for the package to ensure delivery.
- Damaged or lost shipments are not our responsibility.
Refund Process and Time-frame
- Our warehouse will receive (based upon your RMA#) and inspect the returned Beach Sail and reserves the right to reject returns if it has been damaged.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 48 hours.
- Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges for Beach Sail orders during the return process. If you would like the Beach Sail in another color, simply place a new order.
